To ensure complete anonymity, personal identifiable information (name, email, contact numbers) are not sought. Further, no tracking code has been implemented. The user can view response by entering the unique code generated at the time of query submission.

This facility is easy to operate while ensuring complete anonymity of the user.

The user can simply click on ‘Ask a Query’, enter the query in the designated box, enter the verification code provided by SEMI, and finally press ‘Enter’.

A unique 8-digit code will be generated and displayed on the screen. One could either memorise it, copy it somewhere or download it as a pdf.

The response to the query will be uploaded on the portal and available for viewing within 24 hours. To view the response, one must click on ‘View Reply’, enter the unique code and view the response on the screen. The response will be available on the portal for 30 days from the date of query.

The responses to the queries are provided by a team of experts consisting of both lawyers and doctors having the requisite expertise in this domain.
